*Beans - Delmonte French Style Green No Salt Added, 1.75 cup (whole can, drained)*Broccoli raw (3 florets)., 2.5 oz *fresh radishes, (2 radishes, cut up)*Balsamic Breeze Salad Spritzer wish bone, 2 serving (20 sprays)*garbonzo beans reduced sodium, .5 serving (1/4 cup)Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin (chopped up)Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) (cut up)*Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, .25 cup (3 slices chopped)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (sliced)*Italian Seasoning, .5 tsp (1/2 teaspoon)Garlic, .5 tsp (1/2 teaspoon)*crushed red pepper, 0.5 tsp (1/2 teaspoon)*Cheddar Cheese Fat Free, Shredded, Kraft, 15 grams (1/2 ounce)*almonds, raw, slivered, 15 gram(s) (1/2 ounce)
Directions
Drain Beans, empty into bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. ENJOY!
I stated the recipe makes 2 servings. But, I had it as the main course. If you are fixing it for a side item it should make 4 servings.
