2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced.75 cup sour cream4 tablespoons white vinegarFresh dill to tasteSalt and Pepper
place sliced cucumbers in a colander, salt with course sea salt and let sit for 20 minutes.
Mix dill and vinegar in a medium bowl. Add cucumbers and toss. Let sit for as lone as you can stand it. The longer it sits the better (up to 16 hours)
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
