Chicken Ring

Ingredients
Anything you would like to make a chicken salad...for this calculation, I used:1/2 cup corn1/2 cup black beans1/4 cup jicama diced1/4 cup onion diced1 c. monterey jack/colby shredded cheese2 tsp brown mustard1/2 c. lite mayo2 cups shredded chicken breast2 cans reduced fat crescents
Directions
Mix all ingredients together,except rolls. Place rolls on baking sheet or stone in a sunshine shape. Use 1 ounce scoop to scoop mix onto each crescent. Fold over - use extra can to enclose the mix. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes...might take longer. Bake until rolls are golden brown.
