Easy Spicy chicken stir-fry

Ingredients
*Peanut Oil, 2 tsp Red pepper flakesChicken Breast 2, in stripsAsparagus, fresh, 1/3 cup Carrots, raw, 1/3 cup, strips or slices Onions, raw, 1/4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Almonds, 2T, sliced *Soy Sauce, 2 tsp
Directions
Combine peanut oil and red pepper flakes in a hot skillet. Add chicken strips and cook for 2-3 mins, stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Serve over brown rice
