Cubed Steak

Ingredients
2-4 cubed steaksone 10.75 oz can of cream of mushroom soup for every 2 steaks
Directions
Serves 2-4 depending on # of steaks

To eat in 2-4 hours, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. To eat in 4-8 hours, pre-heat oven to 250 degrees.

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Brown each side in a pan.

In a baking dish, mix the cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water (to every whole can of soup depending on how thick or runny you like your gravy. Use less water to make it thicker.) Once the steaks are browned, place in the baking dish and cover the steaks with the mixture.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in a pre-heated oven for 2-8 hours. The longer you bake it, the more tender the steaks will be.

I like to prepare this in the morning because it takes such little time to prep and I cook it while I'm at work.
