Whole Wheat Rolls/Pizza Crust

Ingredients
3 cups flour [I like Bob's Red Mill White Whole Wheat or KA's Whole Wheat]1 tsp salt 3.5 tsp yeast3 tbsp olive oil1 cup water
Directions
Knead all ingredients with dough hook or by hand. Let rise until substantially bigger [dough will not double]. Roll out for pizza dough/flatbread or pinch off hunks for dinner rolls. The nutritional info is for 8 servings; that makes individual flatbreads/pizzas. You can easily go smaller for rolls--12 or 16.
