Atkins low carb pancakes

Ingredients
3 eggs, 1 1/2 oz soy flour, pinch salt, 1/4 pint water, oil to fry
Directions
Blend all ingredients except oil. Heat 1 tsp in 8" omelette pan, add 3 tbsp of mixture. Spread evenly around pan, lift edges, flip when golden brown. Repeat for remainder of mix.
