1 cup of sliced Banana, 1 cup of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, One half cup of frozen or fresh unsweetened strawberries, 2 cups of skim milk
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency. Usually is about one or two servings.
