Tomato/Basil Chicken and Vegtables

Ingredients
Two cans baby corn spears2 cans artichoke hearts- quartered2 cups of water chestnuts2 small cans of mushrooms (1 cup)3 oz sun dried tomatoes (no-oil)1 oz fresh basil2 chicken breasts- no skin no fat
Directions
In a food processor, finely grind tomatoes and basil. Grill or bake chicken (I don't use oil).
In a stock pan, add and heat vegetables, stirring occasionally. After chicken is done- add chicken and ground tomato/basil mix and stir.
Pepper to taste, serve.
