Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Ingredients
Water 1 3/8 cupsBread flour 4 cupsdry milk 2 Tbspsugar 1 TbspButter 1 TbspActive Dry Yeast 1 Tbsp
Directions
1. Place ingredients into bread case. Place case into the bread machine.
2. Select Dough mode and press start.Remove dough case when done. Remove dough and place in a lightly greased bowl.
3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and dish towel. Place in a warm place and let rise 30 minutes.
4.Cut into 2 balls.
5. Cover dough with clean towel and let rise 15 minutes.
6.Roll each ball into 12" circle.
7.Place each circle on a non stick cookie sheet or baking stone.
8.Prick dough with fork.
9. Top pizza with sauce and toppings.
10. Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
