stir fry sauce

Ingredients
4 tsp arrowroot2/3 cup water 3 T soy sauce1 T vinegar2 tsp sugar
Directions
whisk all ingredents together until smooth

add to stir fry at the end, stirring well into the dish and let sauce come to a bubble

let simmer until sauce has thickened, then serve
