Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
2 C chicken or turkey breast, chopped1-6oz. can mushrooms, drained2 T butter or olive oil1 t salt1/8 t pepper1 C reduced fat sour cream1-10 3/4 oz can 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions. In the meantime, melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and saute for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chicken (or turkey), soup and sour cream. Drain water from noodles when al dente. Pour noodles into 9x13 pan. Pour sauce mixture over top. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until sauce is bubbly.
