Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c applesauce, unsweetened1/2 c natural peanut butter1/4 c blueagave1/2 c brown sugar1 t baking powder1/8 t baking soda1 egg white and 1/2 of a yolk2 T nonfat milk1 t vanilla1 c whole wheat flour3/4 c all purpose flour1/3 c wheat bran, crude3 scoops or 1 serving of GNC Mega MRP Extreme, chocolate1/4 c granulated sugar
Directions
Mix peanut butter and applesauce until creamy. Then, add agave, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder to mix and combine. Then, add egg, vanilla, milk and protein powder. Mix well. Then add flour and wheat bran slowly alittle at a time until combined.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Form dough into 1' balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 1" apart on silpat covered cooking sheets. Then, take fork and dip in sugar and criss cross cookies. Bake for 10 minutes and then transfer to a rack to cool.
