Ingredients
1/4 cup water1 tbsp. vegetable oil3/4 tbsp. garlic powder1/2 tbsp. salt1 tbsp. parsley flakes1 medium potato
Directions
combine all but water into small to medium frying pan. stir all ingredients together coating potatoes with spices and oil. If potato starts to burn add water ONLY IF NEEDED and continue to simmer. Fry until potatoes are cooked through.
