Easy Pleasey Ground Turkey & Cabbage

Ingredients
1 lb *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey1 head of Cabbage2 cans Diced Tomatoes; Italian seasoned3 cloves Garlic1 small Onion; chopped1 tsp ground fennela few dashes of cayennea splash of fresh lemon juice brings up the flavorsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a large pot with cooking spray, sauté the garlic and onions until the are just getting soft. Add the turkey and sauté all together until the ground turkey is just browned. Chop the cabbage and add to the turkey mixture. Add both cans of diced tomatoes and stir until mixed. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until cabbage is cooked to desired tenderness. Makes approximately 6 large servings.

I served this with garlic mashed potatoes and it was very tasty!

    I love this! I usually add a jar of spaghetti sauce to sauce it up a bit more. This is great over rice and will last a couple days! I make this at least twice a month! - 5/2/11
