Crock Pot Chicken, Sausage, and Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients
21 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces14 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes2 onions, chopped2 bell peppers, chopped2 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth4 tsp dried oregano4 tsp creole seasoning2 tbsp hot sauce2 bay leaves1 tsp dried thyme1.5 lbs peeled, deveined, cooked shrimp
Directions
Combine all but shrimp in crock pot. Cook on low 7 hours covered. Stir in shrimp before serving. Serve over rice (not included in calories). Makes 23 1-cup servings.
