Italian Cheese Stuffed Shells

1/2 box of Jumbo Shells1 egg1 lb Ricotta1 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)1/4 cup parmesean1 tsp onion salt1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic1 1/2 tsp salt (or kosher salt)2 tsp chopped parsley3/4 tsp. oregano1/4 tsp pepper1 jar Newmans Marinara
Boil shells (usually I make more than I will use since some tear during cooking. Shells should be al dente. If they are too soft, they won't hold up when stuffed.
Mix all ingredients (except marinara), and stuff shells with mixture. Pour marinara over shells and cooks at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 45 minutes.
