Breaded boneless skineless chicken breast ( fried)

Ingredients
* 1 Large Egg, fresh, * 1 Cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, *3 Chicken Breast, bone and skin removed * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Water, tap, 1 fl oz
Directions
Wash chicken and pull as much fat off as possible. Butterfly the bigger pieces, set aside.
In a bowl combine egg with water and whisk.
In another bowl place bread crumbs.
Take each piece of chicken and turn in egg wash then place in bread crumbs, coat thoroughly, set aside until all pieces are done.
In a pan place olive oil and heat on medium just until ripples form in pan.
Place chicken in pan and brown on both side, about 4 minutes each side
