BBQ Rosemary/Veggie Potatoes

3 Large Potatoes1 Onion3 Tomatoes (quartered)2 cups chopped carrots4 cups cubbed yams1 tbsp dried Rosemary1 tsp Paprika1 tsp Black Pepper2 tsp Salt3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peel and dice your potatoes, carrots, yams and onion. Get some aluminum foil, to line and cover a casserole (8x10) dish. Place all chopped up veggies into the lined dish, including the quartered tomatoes, sprinkle the salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary over everything then with your hands get in there and mix everything up until all is well incoroprated, even out with your hand.
