Ingredients
Pasta, cooked, 100 grams *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 2 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup Eggplant, fresh, 0.5 cup, cubes Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Tomato Paste, 5 grams
Directions
Boil Pasta
Heat Oil, Adfd Onion, Eggplant, Red Pepper, Garlic
Cook until onion soft
Add Tomato and tomato paste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Stir in pasta
