2lbs ground beef1 can diced or crushed tomatoes4 medium Gold Potatoes - diced3 TBSp Onions - diced (or whatever you prefer)Add spices to your liking.
Brown meet with onions. Add everything else, including whatever spices you'd prefer, simmer for 25 min covered.
Can be served over rice, cous cous, quinoa, or (as I did) put into lettuce wraps.

Added a Large carrot sliced and some bell pepper from the garden,and celery, put all in crock pot and simmered on low 6 hours. Yummy! - 10/31/10
