2 4-oz cans whole green chilies8 oz grated fat-free cheddar cheese8 oz grated reduced fat mexican cheese14 1/2-oz can stewed tomatoes4 eggs2 Tbsp flour3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
1. Spray sides and bottom of slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
2. Cut chilies into strips. Layer chilies and cheeses in slow cooker. Pour in stewed tomatoes.
3. Combine eggs, flour, and milk. Pour into slow cooker.
4. Cover. Cook on hight 2-3 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
