Dairy free Artichoke Spinach Dip

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained1/2 c. non-dairy milk (almond or rice milk works well)1 c. cooked spinach (about 2 cups raw, steamed)2 tsp arrowroot (or cornstarch)1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried marjoram1 clove garlic, minced1/2 tsp salt1 cup vegan parmesan alternative
Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients except parmesan alternative in food processor. Process intul very smooth.
Pour into a bowl and stir in parmesan alternative. Transfer to a lightly oiled pie plate or shallow casserole dish. Bake until lightly crusty on top, about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
