Crock Pot Flank Steak

Ingredients
Beef flank steak - 1.5 to 2 lbs.Lipton Onion Soup mix - 1 envelope (4 servings)Busch beer - 12 oz. can
Directions
Add beer and onion soup mix to crock pot. Stir until soup mix is dissolved. Add flank steak. Cover. Spoon liquid over steak every so often. Turn steak over halfway through cooking time. Cook on high approx. 4 hours, turn down to low for approx. 2 hours. Feeds 4 with leftovers.
