Yorkshire pudding and sausage

Ingredients
may be able to make it lower in calories by using a lighter sausage

makes 8 servings (or more) in a 9x13 pan. we always go back for more, so might as well start with an 1/8th of pan and not go back for more...
preheat oven to 425, put 1/4 stick of butter in 9x13 glass dish and put in oven 'til butter melts. Once it melts turn dish to coate bottom of dish with melted butter.
pour chilled batter (all other ingredients except the sausage) lay sausage links evenly throughout batter.
put back in hot oven for 30-45 minutes until pudding puffs up and browns.
