Orange glaze beef stir fry

1 pound steak, cubed1 container orange juice concentrate1 package each frozen cauliflower and broccoli1 each bell pepper~green, red, yellow2 cups minute maid rice, cooked2 tsp worchestershire sauce
place the cubed meat into a ziploc bag with the orange juice concentrate. Add only enough water to get the remaining juice out of the tub, no more than 1/2 cup. Let the meat mariante in the juice for at least 2 hours, 4 hours is best. On medium heat, place the meat and juice into a pan, add the veggies. Cook/simmer and stir constantly until the meat is well done and the veggies are not hard. Drain out the orange juice that is remaining and toss in some fresh herbs for flavor (i used rosemary, basil and a dash of garlic) Mint might be a good topping as well, since this dish can be very sweet. Also toss in some worchestershire sauce for tang. Makes enough to feed approx. 8. Serve with the rice.
