Pumpkin Bars

2 c. flour (I used 1 c. whole wheat, 1 c. white)1 1/2 c sugar2 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened1/2 cup canola oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground cloves4 large eggs, beaten1 (16oz - I used 15 oz) can pumpkinFROSTING:5 Tbls Light cream cheese1 tsp milk1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir in beaten eggs, pumpkin, oil and applesauce. Mix until thoroughly combined. Spread onto ungreased 10 x 15 x1 inch jellyroll pan (mine was slightly bigger). Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Mix together ingredients for frosting (you may need a little more or a little less milk). Frost with cream cheese frosting.
