Spaghetti Sauce with Soy "Meat"

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce, 2 15-oz. cans1/4 cup red wine1 large portabello mushroom diced1 large bell pepper (red, green, yellow, or orange), diced1 medium onion, dicedSalt, pepper, and garlic salt as desired.1 package Soy crumbles
Directions
Put all ingredients except soy crumbles in crock pot on low for 4 hours. Add soy crumbles the last 30-45 minutes of cooking.

Serve over spaghetti.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
