Better for You Banana Bread or Muffins

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Cinnamon Applesauce1/2 tsp Powdered French Vanilla Coffee Creamer3 Eggs1/2 Cup Splenda2 tsp Cinnamon2 1/2 Cups Bisquick3/4 Cup Brown Sugar1/2 Cup Skim Milk1 1/2 Cups Mashed Banana (3 Medium Bananas)
Directions
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
*Beat all ingredients together with a spoon until well blended.
*Pour into greased loaf pan or into lined muffin tin
*Bake 55-65 minutes for bread; 15 minutes for mini muffins; 20 minutes for regular muffins.
*Allow to cool
*Serves 10-12
