Ingredients

2 cups ground almonds or almond flour4 whole eggs1/2 cup water (add more, as needed)1/4 cup oil1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine ingredients in a blender. (Substitute egg whites for a lower-calorie pancake -- see Silver Dollar Almond Pancakes #1 recipe.) Thin as needed with water to get a good pouring consistency. Cook on medium heat - a silver dollar cooking pan works very well. Makes about 21 three inch pancakes.
