Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
4 links Italian sausage, casing removed1 onion chopped2 T Basil (dried)2 T Oregano (dried)1/4 C Parselt (dried) 2 tsp granulated garlic 2 tsp pepper1 T salt1 extra large can Crushed Tomatoes (6 lb, 10 oz)1 can tomato paste1/2 C red wine
Directions
Brown the sausage and onions together in a 6 qt. pan on top of stove; I use a potato smasher to break them up well. Next, add all the spices and mix with sausage and onions. Add the next 2 ingredients and let it simmer on low for 30 minutes or longer (the longer the better!). Add the red wine a few minutes before serving.
