Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained (NOT marinated)1 cup (8 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed1/2 cup (4 oz) Fat free cream cheese, softened1/2 cup (4 oz) Fat free sour cream1/2 cup (4 oz) pepper jack cheese, shredded1 garlic clove, mincedabout 1/8 tsp dry basil (if desired)For dipping:Wheat Thins or Triscuits (Tastes great with Rosemary & Olive Oil Triscuits!)Or try celery for a healthier alternativeNOTE: Nutritional information DOES NOT include crackers.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Chop artichoke hearts (or puree, if desired)
3. Combine all ingredients, stir until well mixed
4. Place in 8x8 greased baking pan (I used Bak-Klene) and press into corners until flattened
5. Bake for 30 minutes
Makes about 8 servings
