Ingredients
2 eggs1/c vegetable oil1/4 c. maple syrup1 1/2 c. low-fat milk2 c. flour1 tbl. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. bran flakes (unprocessed bran)1 1/2 c. blueberries, picked over and rinsed
Directions
mix together wet ingredients
in another bowl, sift together dry ingredients
mix wet into dry
pour batter ino greased muffin cups (18-24)
bake 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until lighty browned
