Ingredients
Shrimp Nautilus Atlantic, 5.8 oz Scallops, 4 oz La Choy Fancy Mixed Chinese Vegetables, 3.5 servingLa Choy Fancy Bean Sprouts, 3.5 serving Mushrooms, 4 oz Western Family Chow Mein Vegetables, 4.5 serving Tai Pei Garlic Shrimp & Vegetables, 2.0 serving
Directions
Put all in pan and mix.
If you want to make it thick you can use some corn starch. You can put some Soy Sauce on also.

I put it over Brown rice or buy Tai Pei Chicken Fried rice With
Vegetables.
