1lb 93% Lean Ground Beef1lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey1 Can low Sodium diced Tomatoes1 C. Chopped Onion1 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats1 t. Sea Salt1 Lg Egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and place in loaf pan cook at 350F for 90 minutes. I choose not to top with sauce for calories sake
