Modified slow cooker chicken with black beans, corn, chick peas and salsa

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast2 tsp. low sodium taco seasoning1 cup salsa1 15 oz. can of black beans1 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans (optional)1 15oz. can of corn
Directions
Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Add rest of ingredients and cook on high for 5 hours.

Good served with brown rice (1 cup cooked brown rice will add 170 calories).

Makes 8 1 cup servings.
