ZONE Basil Pesto

Ingredients
1 tbsp toasted pine nuts7 tbsp grated nonfat Italian Parmesan Cheese4 oz firm tofu1 cup canned cannellini (white kidney) beans (no salt added)4 cups fresh basil1/2 cup water1 tbsp choopped jarred garlic1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Toss it in the blender and have at it. :) If making pizza follow cooking instructions on crust package. Pesto can be divided into portions and frozen.
