Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 medium Cucumber, peeled1 TBLS chopped shallots1/4 C. Reduced Fat Sour Cream1 clove Garlic1/2 Tsp ground Cumin Seed
Directions
Slice cucumber into thin slices and place in small bowl. Mix in shallots. In seperate bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.

Serve Chilled. Makes 4 servings, approximately 3/4 C each.
