non stick cooking spray1 2/3 Cups Low-fat granola withour raisins1 cup chopped pitted dates1 cup flaked coconut3/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds2/3 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/3 cup toasted wheat germ1/3 cup raisins1/3 cup honey1/3 cup butter, melted1tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1/8 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350f. Line 9x13x2 inch pan with foil. Lightly coat with cooking spray; set aside.
in large bowl, combined, granaola, dates, coconut, walnuts, brown sugar, flour, wheat germ and raisins. In samller bowl combine honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Add to cereal mixture; stir until completely moistened. Press mixture into propared pan.
bake for 25 minutes. cool in pan on wire rack. Using foil, lift cookies from pan, cut into 30 bars
