Chicken with Hummus

24 oz of chicken breasts (4 oz per person, 3 chicken breasts split in half)3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tsp garlic powder2 cups of mushrooms sliced1/2 cup onion diced1 small jalapeno pepper minced finely6 tbsp hummus (per piece of chicken)
in a large plastic bag, combine worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, add chicken. set aside. in a large skillet coated with cooking spray, saute the mushrooms, onion and jalapeno until tender. add a little water if needed to keep from sticking. Set aside and cover to keep warm. Discard marinade and cook chicken in the same skillet for about 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. add 1 tbsp of hummus to each chicken, spreading it out. spoon veggie mix over that. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
