Ingredients
5 green bell peppers1/2 white onion, chopped12 oz italian sausage1/4 cup italian bread crumbs1/2 cup grated swiss cheese1 box rice a roni1 small zucchini grated
Directions
Brown italian sausage and prepare rice a roni according to instructions. Slice tops off green bell peppers and pull out the seeds and ribs. Mix all ingredients except bell peppers in a large bowl. spoon mixture into bell peppers. cover and bake at 350 for 30 mins. makes 5 servings.
