Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
3 cups raw cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces1 tbsp curry powder1/2 cup chicken broth1/4 cup plain yogurt, low fat1 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute cauliflower in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add curry powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes on low. Stir in yogurt and serve. Makes 4 servings.
