These are excellent! Like candy without the sugar buzz & crash. Easy, too. I made a batch for Thanksgiving & will see what my family thinks. Not super chocolaty, but really good. Thank you! - 11/24/10

I just made a batch of these. I got 19 out of the recipe using my scoop that looks like a small ice cream scoop. I really like the fact that they have sesame seed as that is good for my high cholesterol. These will be my chocolate of choice for a while. Healthy sweet easy. What more can you ask for? - 2/9/11

Delicious. Will definitely make again. Added zucchini and did 4 eggs instead of egg beaters. - 2/8/11

Eh. They tasted like a chocolate flavored Clif Bar or something. Definitely not a dessert-y thing. I tried to give it a go! - 12/23/10

These are tasty, I only got 12 out of the batch though and had to use unsweetened cocoa powder as I had no chocolate chips which made it a bit bitter so added an extra teaspoon of honey - I have a sweet tooth - 3/15/13

Loved these, I subbed the choco chips with unsweet cocoa and added dates and raisins instead of sesame seeds (did not have them). I also skipped the honey-I think they were sweet enough.I would like to try the sesame seeds next time though.

These were so easy and yummy! I used chopped walnuts because thats what i had on hand and i also left out the sesame seeds because i didnt have any. I froze them for an hour and then stored in thr fridge. Delightful! - 11/28/11

I'm gonna try these, but I'll probably pulverize the flax seeds before combining and then hold the nuts to roll them in at the end. Sounds easy, and a great alternative to buying bars! - 2/8/11
