Ingredients
Directions
1/4 cup chocolate chips1/4 cup honey1/4 cup peanut butter1/2 cup rolled oats1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted or not)1/8 cup flaxseed1/8 cup sesame seeds
Melt honey and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until chocolate is melted. Form into 15 balls. Enjoy!

I just made a batch of these. I got 19 out of the recipe using my scoop that looks like a small ice cream scoop. I really like the fact that they have sesame seed as that is good for my high cholesterol. These will be my chocolate of choice for a while. Healthy sweet easy. What more can you ask for? - 2/9/11
