Pork Chow Chow

Ingredients
2 # pork (chops, loin)1 head cauliflower3-4 med rutabagas2 cups thickly chopped carrots1 lg onion1 cup soy sauce2 cups rice
Directions
Chop onions and brown in stock pot, add pork and stir until browned and cooked thru. Add soy sauce as needed to keep from burning and sticking to pot bottom. When meat is done add carrots, rutabaga and cauliflower and simmer for 1 hour.
