Jo's Low-fat Meatballs, one meatball

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. lean ground beef1 cup Quaker quick oatmeal2 eggs.5 cup chopped onion6 Tbsp. ketchup1 Tbsp Splenda1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape 18 meatballs with food scoop for uniform size. Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, preheat to medium hot. Drop in meatballs one at a time, turn with spoon or tongs several times to brown, reduce heat, continue cooking on low heat until done clear through. Only one meatball is calculated in Nutritional Info.

Pour in Prego Heart Smart Mushroom Italian Sauce, 1 lb. 9.5 oz. jar and simmer slowly until heated through.

Serve over spaghetti (2 oz. dry/person).
9 servings with two meatballs each.
