Hot Chicken Pasta over Caesar Salad

Noodle - Brown Rice penne or spiral Pasta 200 grams (approx 2 cups dry0Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium Ginger Powder, 1 tsp Crushed Chili Pepper Flakes, .5 tsp Teriyaki sauce No Name brand, 1/2 cupVegetable Juice - Allen's 10 Vegetable Cocktail .25 cup Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1.5 cup, sliced frozen broccoli 2 cup, Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded Creamy Caesar Dressing - Kraft Calorie Wise, 6 tbsp
Bring large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta for 7 minutes. Meanwhile start oil heating in med skillet. Cut chicken into thin strips adding to pan as you cut. Thinly slice onion, mushrooms and pepper adding to pan as you go. Stir after each addition. Add sauce, juice, spices and broccoli and stir and heat until broccoli is warm Approx 5 min. When timer rings for pasta, drain and add to chicken pan. Toss. Shredd lettuce and toss with dressing.
1 cup lettuce, 1 tbsp dressing and 1 1/3 cup chicken/pasta mixture is one serving. Makes a hearty lunch or light supper.
Very good cold too.
