Orange Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
2 oranges, peeled, sliced and seeded, 1 thick slice of fresh pineapple1-2 cups of green seedless grapes, washed well in strainer1 apple, washed, quartered, cored and seeded ( I used MacIntosh variety, Red deliscious is best, I wouldn't recommend a Granny Smith)1 cup of ice
Directions
This makes 3 1- cup servings

I recommend a heavy duty blender to be used. Some blenders may not be able to blend up the tough orange sections and the skin of the apple.

Place the ingredients in the order given into the blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. I blend mine for 30 seconds, in my commercial grade blended.
