Ingredients:Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers Recipe - 1 1/3 cups1/2 Green or Red Bell Pepper - seeded and thinly sliced)1/2 a medium white or red onion thinly sliced1 zucchini, thinly sliced1 large clove garlic, chopped1 TBSP Olive Oil1 cup diced tomatoes in juice )1 tsp dried Oregano1 tsp dried Basil1/8 tsp ground peppersalt to taste2 1/4 cups *Dreamfields low carb penne rigate,
heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium/low heat
add onions and peppers and cook until soft
add the garlic and cook for a minute or 2 until it is soft
add the tomatos, zucchini and seasoning
when it's hot/bubbling, add the sausage crumbles
Cover and cook 20 minutes, reducing heat to low after it's hot/bubbing again following addition of the sausage crumbles
While the sausage mixture is finishing cooking, Cook the pasta per package directions, drain and them toss together with the sausage mixture. Top with a bit of grated parmesan if desired.
