Peanut Butter, Oatmeal and Honey No-Bake Cookies

1/4 cup dry oats2 Tbsp whole wheat flour2 Tbsp peanut butter (chunky or smooth)2 Tbsp honey1 tsp vanilla extractCinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
Line a baking sheet (or plate) with wax paper
Use a tablespoon to scoop batter onto wax paper and flatten into a cookie shape
Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
Put cookies in refrigerator to cool overnight
Makes 4 cookies
