Ingredients
1 box mix of Rice a Roni Whole Grain Spanish Rice1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles1 can of corn, drained1 lb. of lean ground turkey - browned and crumbled
Directions
Prepare rice a roni mix as directed for "low fat" preparation. Stir in a Rotel tomatoes, corn and cooked turkey - let simmer just until blended. This is a good one-pot meal - you can also add just a little cheese, but that will change your fat & calorie count. 4 - 1 cup servings.
